Our properties are close to the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek, SC and 2.5 miles from the Charleston Air Force Base on Dorchester Road in North Charleston. In addition, many military families live in Goose Creek and North Charleston in our immediate neighborhood. Active and retired military are welcome. We consider it a privilege to serve the military and offer a 15% discount on our regular rental rates. Our policy is to maintain our customers' rental rates for at least twelve months.
